Term and Condition

1. Please make sure you're absolutely sure before filling the order form. We only keep for 36 hours after invoice sent to you.

2. All transactions are via email please check your email within 24 hours after submitting the order form.

3. All items are new there are no per-love item therefore any changes after delivery is not treated unless a reason.

4. The color may be different from what you see because the light monitor or Reddish.

5. All item prices excluding delivery charges unless otherwise noted.

6.Please tell us if the item does not arrive within 5 days if there is no response, we will consider the item has arrived safely in your hands.

7. Damage after delivery are not under our responsibilities because items were packed well before shipment.

Quotations - quotations will be sent to you for review and require you to confirm the purchase. (Via telephone or email)

Payment - If you agree with the quotation, please make payment through Maybank (bank-in / M2u / ATM transfer) - Mohd Sani Mohd Jalil Azlis 501039056651. Please email / SMS payment details (name, date and number, transaction reference number) as proof of payment.

Delivery - Delivery will be made after payment is received. Proof of delivery will be email / sms to you.

Introduction to Order

HOW TO BUY / ORDER:

2. Specify your choice, flavor, number of purchases (min.1pcs)

3. Please transfer the money (total product price + shipping) to our account after you confirm the payment for purchasing our product

5. The duration for delivery will take around 2-3 days

6. Check the packaging weather had been damaged or not after received our postage

7. You are required to confirm previous data recipient's name and complete address with zip code and phone number.

Mode of Delivery

Delivery
We are offering you a free standard Malaysia delivery for all order in 2-5 working days. Please note that express deliveries will take minimum 1 working days.Deliveries only in Malaysia. Must be noted that Delivery will be made to the address that you confirm in the order , which only in Malaysia. Please make sure you keep your receipt with you for along the warranty duration.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.We aim to deliver within 5 working days but this may increase during busy periods, any sale periods. Please allow up to 28 days before reporting non-delivery of your purchase.

How we deliver
If your order includes more products than fit into one box, the delivery will arrive in separate boxes, possibly on separate days.

Tracking Your Delivery
If your order is being delivered by courier our third email will contain a link to the couriers website and a tracking number, so that you can use it to track your order right to your door.
